If a sender chooses the lowest tier of posting quantity, then he/she should include at least 1 400 targeted addresses of centralised letter boxes in general areas when submitting the application for approval, and 400 of which will be posted free of charge. If the total posting quantity selected is below 1 400, e.g. 1 300 items instead, then only 300 items can be posted free of charge.

If a client would like to order 1288 circular mails, 288 pcs out of the 1288 mails are Free (worth 288x$0.9 = $259.20),
therefore the final postage will be:
