Step 1 | Application & select mailing address
Register as a user at “Hong Kong Post Circular Mail Services” .
After successfully logging in, use the search tool to select the desired write address and submit your request*.
*You must select a designated post office (Central Mail Center) to submit a heart disease application.
Step 2 | Order & Quote
Submitting documents to DMDIY, customers must attach documents approved by the Central Mail Center (CMC) (including: approved address list and printing file(s)).

How long will it take to deliver the mail items | 派遞郵件時間
Delivery of mail items will normally be completed within 4 working days after posting.

The normal lead time is around 1 to 2 working day(s).

The normal printing lead time is around 3 to 4 working days. Included printing file check up, digital proof and printing. Not included client back and forth time by email.

The prodcution lead time for printed DMs packaging and develivery to the HKPost office us around 2 to 3 working days.

Minimum quantity of posting｜服務最低投寄數量
The minimum posting quantity of the Service is 1,000 identical items. If the posting quantity is less than 1,000 items, a rate proportional to the postage for 1,000 items calculated according to selected address category will be charged.
這服務需要每次最少投寄1,000份相同的函件。若投寄量不足1,000份，收費將根據所選地址類別，按1,000份應付郵費的比例計算。
